Submission of Regular Papers
The working
language of the conference is English. Prospective
participants are requested to electronically submit full
papers of their work (6 pages max) following the
instructions available on the website. Accepted papers
will be included in conference proceedings volume, which
will be submitted to be published in IEEE Xplore. Please
use the templates provided with this link for your paper
preparation.
Submission of Papers for Ph.D. Forum
The working
language of the conference is English. Prospective
participants are requested to electronically submit short
papers of their research work (4 pages max) following the
instructions available on the website. Accepted papers
will be included in conference proceedings volume, which
will be submitted to be published in IEEE Xplore. Participating
students will also present a poster during the main conference
to leverage further interaction. Please use the templates provided
with this link for your paper preparation.
Paper Acceptance
Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference
by one of the authors. Papers not presented will not be
included in IEEE Xplore. The final manuscript must be
accompanied by a registration form and a registration
fee payment proof. All conference attendees, includ- ing
authors and session chairpersons, must pay the
conference registration fee, and their travel expenses.
